Climbing Climbing Climbing!

ogwen learn to lead trad rock climb

After a busy couple of weeks on the instructor course and a successful SPA training then ML training I’ve had a much needed week off!

I’ve done some training indoors at the Beacon, climbed Psychotherapy E2 5c and Last Tango in Paris E1 5c in the Slate Quarries at Llanberis, finally got round to doing Cemetery Gates E1 5b on Dinas Cromlech in the Llanberis Pass, helped do some re-bolting in the Slate Quarries (Mountain Training News Link)and had a relaxing day seconding more routes in the Pass. I’m probably more tired now and I’ve picked up a slight finger injury but it was worth it!

Today I was in the Ogwen Valley running an Intro to Multipitch day for Simon (Facebook Link)¬†and tomorrow I’ll be running a Self Rescue day.

A busy week next week too starting with a few days doing some staff training for Allnatt Venues in Swanage where we’ll be looking at climbing n their tower and at Dancing Ledge.
