Rock Climbing
Dorset must be one of the most picturesque counties in the UK and Dancing Ledge near Swanage, Dorset is and exceptional location.
A former quarry, it now provides a variety of climbing routes which are ideal for people who are getting their first taste of climbing on real rock. It's also a great venue for families with non climbers in the group having plenty of places to watch while relaxing with a picnic. A half day fun climbing taster session costs just £70 per group (max 12 people), with all safety kit provided. Being an active climber Jez can provide quality coaching and plenty of encouragement! Depending on ability we can also run climbing sessions at more adventurous locations and also teach further skills including an "Introduction to Leading" day for £125. Just outside Swanage, Dorset there is a great High and Low ropes course which is one of the biggest in Europe.
It's a great place for Team Building or just for a bit of an Adreniline Rush! There's plenty of low elements to warm up on before moving on to the higher stuff which is upto 60 feet in the air! Jumping off a pole up in the air (whilst attached to a rope!) to then try and cross the gap on the monkey rings is quite a challenge!
